First & Main’s principal represented TIC Properties in the leasing of Florissant Marketplace, a 146,000 SF community center located in Florissant, Missouri. During its tenure, a 100% occupancy level was achieved for the first time in the center’s history.
First & Main’s principal also represented Jefferson Bank and Trust in the leasing, and eventual sale of, Triad Crossing, a 54,600 SF neighborhood center located in Weldon Spring, Missouri. In one short year after the bank secured the property via foreclosure, an anchor tenant, National American University, was secured and all existing tenant leases were modified, reaffirmed and/or extended, greatly stabilizing the center. The occupancy level increased significantly from 30% to 70%. As a result, the bank was able to sell the property relatively quickly.
